Pollina better on health care

The only candidate who supports single-payer health care is Anthony Pollina. Most studies have demonstrated that single payer is the only way to achieve universal health care while also containing health care costs. The latest Harvard study of single payer demonstrated that we would save $350 billion each year on a nationwide basis if we enacted single payer, because it would cut the private insurance companies and their profits and administrative waste out of health care.

Studies of Vermont have also shown that single payer can save money and provide health care for all our citizens.

I support Anthony Pollina for many reasons, but on the health care issue alone, he stands head and shoulders above the other candidates.

Every single civilized country in the world insures every citizen and is by FAR more healthy than the US. That is a simple fact that shouldn't be ignored, but is. Beyond that they do it for a lot less money than we do. We just like to give ours moeny to insurance company millionaires. More socialism for the wealthy.

You people act like single payer healthcare is not only (somehow) going to save us (make) gobs of money, but that it costs nothing to implement. Horsefeathers!

Single payer healthcare is very, very expensive as San Francisco has found out. And guess what! San Francisco not only has a bigger tax base than Vermont, they have actual big businesses there and they still can't afford it.

Pollina and single payer healthcare should be voted against, not for.
