PUTNEY — A Massachusetts man was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and child cruelty after he was stopped while driving on Interstate 91 with a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit and an infant in his car, according to police.
Paul A. Musial Jr., 43, of Chicopee, Mass., was stopped on I-91 in Putney around 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, according to a press release from the Vermont State Police.
Police said they stopped Musial after getting a call about a suspected drunken driver going north on I-91.
Musial was cited to appear in Windham County Court on Jan. 20.
