Card players invited to Weston benefit

WESTON — Gamblers are invited to come turn some cards for a good cause at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Weston Rod & Gun Club.
The club will host Texas hold 'em poker tournament to benefit the West River Montessori School in South Londonderry. Sign-up begins at 5 p.m. and the game will start at 6 p.m. The buy-in is $50 and the re-buy is $25. The winner will take 60 percent of the pot and the school will take 40 percent.
Gamblers can bring their own beer and light food will be served. For more information, call 999-6737.
