BRANDON — Kelly Lowell and Matthew Markowski, both of Brandon, announce their engagement.
The future bride is the daughter of the late Edsel Lowell Sr. and the late Deborah Lowell. She is a 1998 graduate of Otter Valley Union High School in Brandon, and a 2008 graduate of Community College of Vermont. She is employed by Rutland County Head Start and is a part-time student at Johnson State College.
The future groom is the son of David and Sue Markowski of Florence. He is a 2001 graduate of Otter Valley Union High School, and is employed by Markowski Excavating Inc.
A wedding is planned for Aug. 15, 2009.
