BRATTLEBORO — Anyone from Newfane missing a male dog may want to check with the Windham County Humane Society. Brattleboro Police said they turned over a male dog with red and white spots to the society after the dog was turned in at the police department Saturday morning. Police said he appeared to be a young bird dog, possibly a spaniel pointer, and that the dog's tags indicated he was from Newfane.
