Mud Volleyball benefit seeks players, volunteers

There's still time to sign up for Sunday's 16th annual Epilepsy Mud Volleyball Tournament.
Co-ed teams of all abilities, including recreational or organized teams, are welcome to participate. The cost of registering for the event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Farrell Distributing Corp. on South Main Street, is $225. Teams must pre-register.
Companies also can still sign on as major sponsors for the event. Spectators are welcome and there will also be music, food, T-shirts and prizes.
To request an application or to volunteer, call the Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont at 775-1686, or send an e-mail to epilepsy@sover.net.
This event benefits the only Vermont nonprofit agency that serves individuals and families affected by epilepsy.
