GLOVER — Vermont tourism officials say they're expecting a good fall foliage season, with colors ranging from burnt orange to gold to bright red already showing on many trees.
On the last weekend of September, Saturday proved to be the better day for a foliage drive, with clouds and rain in the forecast for today.
Chilly nights have trees turning color along Vermont Routes 122 between Lyndonville and Glover; 114 between East Burke and Norton; 100 from Hyde Park to Troy; 16 from Greensboro to Westmore, and 58 from Lowell to Orleans.
Other good spots were reported in Lamoille, Washington and Orange counties.
