Brozowski honored by ECFC

CASTLETON — Castleton State College quarterback Shane Brozowski has been named the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference Rookie of the Week.
Brozowski threw for a season-high 306 yards in Saturday's loss to Norwich in the inaugural Vermont Maple Sap Bucket Championship.
Brozowski completed 23 of his 32 passes and had three touchdowns, wrapping up a freshman campaign in which he led the league in all major quarterback statistical categories.
This marks the second straight week Brozowski was honored by the league.
He finishes the year with a league-high 1877 yards and 11 touchdowns. Brozowski also led the league in passing efficiency (124.8), completions (151), attempts (262) and completion percentage (57.6).
