Seminar offered on fraud protection

LUDLOW — Seniors are invited to a free seminar to learn to protect themselves from fraud from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Annunciation Church.
Speakers will include Sue Shanoff, a fraud investigator for Chittenden Bank, and Paula Richotte, a representative for Southeastern Vermont Council on Aging.
Free transportation will be provided by the Good Bus, which will stop at 5:15 p.m. at the Echo Lake Inn in Tyson, 5:30 p.m. at Cavendish Town Elementary School in Proctorsville and 5:45 p.m. at the Gill Terrace Retirement Apartments in Ludlow.
Light refreshments will be provided and attendees are asked to RSVP by Friday by calling Barb LeMire at 228-8821.
