MONTPELIER — Vermont State Auditor Tom Salmon is holding a press conference to discuss government transparency and personal responsibility a week after he was charged with drunken driving.
A breath tests show the 46-year-old Salmon of St. Johnsbury had a blood alcohol content of .086, just over the .08 legal limit, when he was pulled over in Montpelier for failing to use a signal.
