I agree with you Angel None! What a loser! She is noone I want my kids around. They should give her a harsh sentance, I know this is Vermont but one can hope!

My guess would be that this isn't the first time she has done this, it's only the first time she's been caught. We need a law like New York that makes the first time you are caught drunk with children in the car a felony with madatory jail time.

Anyone that can operate a vehicle at 0.379 without passing out is a hardcore, dedicated alchoholic. Most people would be sick or passed out with that much booze in their system. A person like this shouldn't be any where near children.
