Police say 63-year-old Joan Pagan of Southbury, Conn., sped through the zone at 100 mph at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday. Fifty minutes later, 23-year-old Faith Brunelle of Rochester, N.Y., was stopped for racing through at 94 mph.

Both women face negligent driving charges.

Speeding fines are doubled in work zones.

Both women should lose the right to drive in VT FOR LIFE to save a life or lives.

They will probably get life without parole, simply because they were not dealing drugs.
