BURLINGTON — A Vermont man has been accused of burglarizing three homes and attempting to break into a fourth before the homeowner chased him out.
Twenty-six-year-old Joseph Leclair of Winooski was arrested Thursday.
Police in Burlington began investigating the burglaries in December.
A number of electronics had been stolen.
