SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Two people wanted in Vermont and considered armed and dangerous by authorities have been captured in Massachusetts.
Springfield police along with Massachusetts state troopers acting on a tip from the Vermont Department of Corrections executed a warrant at a Springfield home at about 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday and arrested 29-year-old Michelle Watson, who also goes by the name Michelle Andrews. She is wanted in Vermont on escape and drug charges.
They also arrested her boyfriend, 29-year-old Tyran Andrews, who is also wanted in Vermont.
A third person, 18-year-old Marcus Kortiz, was also apprehended.
Police say they found weapons in the apartment and charged the trio with firearms offenses.
