THETFORD — A Vermont farm owner said a hospitalized teenage farm worker may have been struck by lightning over the weekend.
The Valley News reported that Crossroad Farm owner Janet Taylor in Post Mills said the incident happened Saturday afternoon. She had radioed farm workers to come inside after hearing thunder.
Neighbors and friends identified the worker as 16-year-old Connor Cook, who attends Thetford Academy.
