LUDLOW — LPCTV will be hosting a cookout at 5:30 p.m. and their annual meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Ludlow Community Center, weather permitting.

The cookout and meeting will include elections for the Board of Directors. Anyone who is 18 years or older and lives in Ludlow, Plymouth, Cavendish, or Mount Holly is eligible to vote.

Voting will take place during and after the cookout but voting by proxy is available until Thursday’s event. The ballot is available at www.LPCTV.org and community members may request a ballot by calling LPCTV.

In the event of inclement weather, an alternate location on the Community Center property will be announced. Community members are encouraged to attend both the cookout and the annual meeting.
