JOHNSON — A Vermont State Police fire investigator says a fire that destroyed a barn in East Johnson was suspicious.

The fire on Route 15 in East Johnson was reported at about 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

The Johnson Fire Department called for help from departments in Hyde Park, North Hyde Park, Morrisville, Stowe and Cambridge.

The barn was considered a total loss.

There were no injuries.

The investigation showed the cause of the fire was undetermined, but suspicious.

The investigation is continuing.
