MIDDLETOWN SPRINGS — The memorial service for Robert Joseph Carter, 47, who died Sunday, July 15, 2012, with be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, at Middletown Springs Community Church.
Pastor John Blanch will officiate. A reception will follow at the Middletown Springs Fire House.
