BENNINGTON — Patricia N. Perrotta, 87, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington.
She was born in Bennington March 17, 1925, the daughter of Leo Tracey and Gertrude (Rowley) Nash.
She graduated from Bennington High School in 1942 and St. Joseph’s Business College in 1944.
Mrs. Perrotta was employed at Grey and Foster and in the law offices of Waldo Holden and Eugene Clark, prior to her marriage.
She married Virginio M. Perrotta Feb. 14, 1953, in Bennington. Mr. Perrotta predeceased her in 2004.
She was active in Catholic Daughters of America, Rosary Society and Faith Formation Program of St. Francis de Sales Parish, as well as the Bennington Club and the Elks Club.
Survivors include a son, Christopher Perrotta, and two stepchildren, Virginio Perrotta Jr. and Joan Perrotta, all of Bennington; a sister, Carol Nash of West Sand Lake, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews and cousins; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The funeral will begin with a prayer service at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at the Mahar and Son Funeral Home in Bennington and followed by the Mass at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Sr. Francis de Sales Church.
Private burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery in Bennington.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, at the funeral home.
