Dover
For the town, recovery is looking good, according to Town Administrator Nona Monis.
“To date, all our roads in are good repair,” she says.
Of the approximately $750,000 in damages to town infrastructure, Dover has received about half of that in FEMA reimbursement. And, aside from some patch paving, everything is complete.
No homes were lost, according to Monis, but five landowners are participating with the town and USDA for bank stabilization work. Though a few families were displaced, everything in Dover seems to be back together a year later.
