Vt man charged with firing shots outside homeAugust 30,2012TOWNSHEND - Vermont State Police say a man is accused of threatening a neighbor and firing several gunshots outside his home. No one was hurt.
Fifty-four-year-old Roger Decato of Townshend is facing charges of reckless endangerment, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
Police responded to the area at about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a 911 call. They said Decato was threatening violence towards a neighbor.
