    Frederick W. Marsh

LANTANA, Fla. — Frederick William Marsh, age 65, formerly of Chester Depot, Vermont, passed away surrounded by family on November 5, 2012, in Lantana, Florida.

Frederick proudly served his country for four years as a sergeant in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He continued to serve his country by joining the Boca Raton Police Department, remaining with them for 29 years until his retirement in 2000. His retirement allowed him the time to enjoy his family, friends and his devoted wife Rhonda Darlene.

During his time with us, he touched all who knew him and he will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful husband, devoted father, a son for whom his mother was always so proud, and a brother who was always there for his sister.

Frederick is survived by his wife of 40 years Rhonda Darlene; sons, Frederick Scott Marsh (Jamie) and Stephen William Marsh; grandsons, Ryan and Tyler Marsh; mother, Ginevra Goldthwaite Marsh Finch; and his sister Susan Marsh Geva (Ofer). He was predeceased by his father Frederick Franklin Marsh and sister Joan Marsh Perron.

There will be no services at this time, but at a later date he will be honored in his home town in Vermont.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to one of the following: American Cancer Society of Palm Beach, Hospice of Palm Beach County, or the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue.
