Robert J. Blanchard

PROCTOR— Robert J. “Bob” Blanchard, 71, died Nov. 8, 2012, at The Pines at Rutland.

He was the husband of Bonnie (Phelps) Blanchard.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Union Church of Proctor.

A reception will follow in the church hall.
