BRATTLEBORO — Police in Brattleboro have charged a man with manslaughter and selling heroin that led to the fatal overdose of a woman in September.
Police said they arrested 30-year-old Christopher Akey at his home on Wednesday.
He’s been charged in connection with the death of 48-year-old Lisa Johnson. An autopsy determined she died of a heroin overdose.
Akey is scheduled to be arraigned today.
