RICHFORD — Vermont State Police have arrested a man following a report that he discharged a firearm through a wall during a family fight.
Police said after a brief standoff, 28-year-old Joshua Ives of Richford was taken from a home into custody on Sunday.
He was charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful mischief.
