Beverly J. Seamans

NORTH CLARENDON — Beverly J. Seamans, 69, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at her residence, after a long illness.

Born Nov. 26, 1943, in Rutland, the daughter of Forrest and Mary Jane (Wilder) Whitney, she was a graduate of Rutland High School.

Mrs. Seamans was a machinist for Mal Tool Inc. in Rutland for several years.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening, canning, skating and watching football.

Survivors include her husband, Lewis Seamans of North Clarendon, whom she married July 20, 1963, in Rutland; a daughter, Dale Towsley of New Boston, N.H.; two brothers, Paul Whitney of Rutland and Robert Whitney of Mendon; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The graveside service will be held at a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery in Middletown Springs.
