    The United Way of Rutland County has been helping neighbors in need for 69 years. As 2012 draws to an end, United Way volunteers are working hard to achieve our community fundraising goal.

    Reaching the campaign goal is critically important, ensuring that the services of vital health and human service agencies remain available throughout Rutland County. Recent events, both locally and nationwide, remind us that we never know when misfortune may strike, so it is important that we keep community services strong to be there when family and friends need assistance and support.

    As we work to achieve our community goal this year, please consider the United Way of Rutland County in your year-end giving. Your gift, no matter the size, will help to make a positive difference in our community. Our friends and neighbors are counting on us to reach our goal and sustain the essential community services that we all rely on to help those in need.
