GUILFORD — A Lebanon, N.H., man was arrested on Interstate 91 in Guilford for possessing 140 bags of heroin.
George Iskandar, 41, was charged for heroin possession when State Police discovered the drug in his car during a routine traffic stop Tuesday. He will be arraigned Feb. 19 in criminal court in Brattleboro.
