MOUNT HOLLY — A Massachusetts woman caused a two-car crash in Mount Holly, according to Vermont State Police.
Trooper Michael Tietz said Kathleen Zygmont, 59, of Southampton, Mass., crossed the center line of Route 103 and collided with a car driven by Betty Kapitan, 49, of Danby on Monday.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts and no injuries were reported, police said.
