    WINDHAM — Tressa J. McKinney, 20, a resident of Windham Hill Road, passed away January 28, 2013, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

    Tressa was born in Cambridge, New York, on March 27, 1992, the daughter of Franklin McKeighan and Crystal McKinney. She attended Windham Elementary School and graduated from Leland and Grey High School in Townshend, Vermont. At the time of her death, Tressa was working at Grizzley’s Restaurant at Stratton Mountain. Tressa enjoyed playing softball and loved art. She was a New York Yankees fan and enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. She loved spending time with her little sister and cherished times spent with her family and friends. Tressa loved just being a kid.

    Tressa is survived by her father and stepmother, Franklin and Shasta McKeighan of Benson, Vermont; her mother and stepfather, Crystal and James Corriveau of Windham, Vermont; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Judy McKinney of Granville, New York; her paternal grandmother, Donna McKeighan of Granville, New York; her brothers, Tyler Beebe of Windham, Vermont, Holden Sanders of Hudson Falls, New York, and Patrick Sady of Rutland, Vermont; her sister, Kyleigh Corriveau of Windham; her stepsister, Alexis Carlson of Benson, Vermont; her longtime companion, Jared Saunders of Townshend, Vermont; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

    Funeral services for Tressa will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 5 p.m. at the Valley Bible Church in South Windham, Vermont. Pastor Mark Griffin will officiate. Interment will be private. There are no visiting hours. If friends desire, memorial gifts in Tressa’s memory may be made to the Tressa J.
