Crash wrecks car,
but woman unhurt
MIDDLETOWN SPRINGS — A 51-year-old local woman escaped injury in a crash that destroyed her car on West Street.
Sherry Reed was driving on the road just after 4 p.m. Wednesday when she struck a patch of black ice and her 2000 Saturn SL1 spun out of control, police said. The vehicle came to rest on its side near the road.
