How come this small city likes to tax everything that can be taxed but canít seem to get businesses like Target to move into the old Hannafordís building or restaurants like Ruby Tuesday or Chiliís or Golden Corral that would bring tax money?
If you bring business to Rutland, that would bring tax money. Instead, they want to tax soda and raise taxes 8 cents on fuel.
What would be better for the people of Rutland, bringing business to Rutland or taxing the people more and more that they canít afford? Grow up, Rutland.
