WEST RUTLAND — Two men are facing charges they smashed the windows of a parked vehicle.
Vermont State Police responded to Marble Street on March 19 to investigate a report of vandalism. Police found a Jeep Cherokee with all of its windows broken, except for the windshield and driver’s-side window.
After interviewing witnesses, police charged Corey Fitzgerald, 21, of Poultney, and Nicholas Greene, 19, of West Rutland with unlawful mischief.
