Teen charged with furnishing alcohol
JAMAICA ó A Manchester teenager was arrested for having an underage drinking party Sunday at a home in Jamaica.
Caroline Kepler, 17, was charged with furnishing alcohol and enabling alcohol consumption, according to State Trooper John Waitekus.
The party took place at a home off West Hill Road and several teenagers were issued civil alcohol violations.
