    NY driver facing

    charge after crash

WALLINGFORD ó A New York man who crashed his car off Route 7 on Tuesday was arrested by Vermont State Police, who said he was driving drunk.

Police were called at 11:42 p.m. to the scene where a car driven by Jeffrey Reilly, 39, had crashed off the side of the highway.

No injuries were reported, but police said they determined that Reilly had a blood-alcohol content over the .08 percent legal limit for driving.

Reilly was arrested and cited into Rutland criminal court later this month to face a charge of driving under the influence.
