• NH man sentenced for stealing guns from Vt. store

    A New Hampshire man has been sentenced to 4½ years in federal prison for his role in the burglary of a Vermont store where 16 handguns were stolen.

    Timothy Dzenowagis of Exeter, N.H., pleaded guilty to the possession of stolen firearms in March in the 2009 theft from the Barrows Trading Post in Quechee. He was sentenced Monday.

    The 32-year-old Dzenowagis also was ordered to pay the business for the stolen firearms and for damage to the store.
