KILLINGTON — Perhaps the cutest thing happening this weekend will be the 11th annual Pug Social from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Sherburne Memorial Library.

The event is hosted by Green Mountain Pug Rescue and will include a pug parade, a costume contest and other competitive events, including longest tongue, best kisser and curliest tail.

The event will conclude with pug races, an auction and a raffle.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children, with all proceeds going toward the care of rescued pugs. For more information, visit www.gmpr.org.
