Skull-wearing burglar chased off in PoultneyStaff Report | October 29,2013POULTNEY - Police are investigating a Halloween-themed home invasion that happened early Tuesday morning.
According to state police, around 3:30 a.m., a resident awoke to find a burglar in the kitchen of his East Main Street home. Police said the burglar was wearing what it called a Halloween-style skull mask.
When confronted, the burglar fled the house on foot, making off with a laptop computer.
The suspect is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with a medium build and wearing all black and a mask. Anyone with information is asked to call the State Police Rutland barracks at 773-9101.MORE IN This Just InGMP to host talk on energy sources Full Story
