On Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 6 p.m. in the Lower Opera House in Bellows Falls, there is a joint meeting of the Rockingham Select Board with the Rockingham Free Public Libraryís board of trustees.

The agenda item is Chip Stearns, town manager, going through the library renovation budget and explaining exactly where the money has gone and what it has purchased for the town of Rockinghamís beautiful library that is even more beautiful now after its recent renovation.

This is an excellent opportunity for taxpayers to hear what has been going on and to ask any questions they might have.

I encourage you to come to this meeting which, again, begins at 6 p.m.

    JAN MITCHELL-LOVE

    (Board chairwoman,

    Rockingham Free Public Library)
