NH man charged in Vt. with cellphone theftsThe Associated Press | November 20,2013BURLINGTON - A New Hampshire man has been accused of cashing in on stolen cellphones in Vermont.
Police allege that 35-year-old Michael Santiago stole some cellphones and sold them to an ECO-ATM kiosk at the Burlington Town Center Mall.
WCAX-TV reported that Santiago was cited for possession of stolen property and false pretenses.
Police say they have seen a spike in similar thefts.
