    It seems Vermont uses several buzz words instead of calling a spade a spade. For example, the state likes using the words “fee” as in the Electric Assistance Program Fee (the word “fee” is another word for “TAX”); the Energy Efficiency Charge (“charge” is used in place of “TAX”); when you register your dog, you pay a $2 “surcharge” (TAX). The very latest is called breach of truth. Simply put, that means “LIED.”
