Stockbridge approved a town budget of $830,056 from the floor, and elected Mark Doughty to a three-year term on the selectboard.

Article 4, on whether to elect a collector of taxes or authorize the town treasurer to collect taxes, passed; Article 5, on whether the town will elect a collector of delinquent taxes, was the only contested race, and Barbara Brown beat Susan Pelletier in a close vote.

An advisory article requesting the Legislature to explore the establishment of a public bank in Vermont passed.
