Bethel budget passesMarch 05,2014Bethel passed the town general fund and highway budget of $1,348,692 by a voice vote at town meeting Tuesday. Lisa Hill was elected to a 3-year term on the Select Board. The town, also by voice vote, approved $121,753 for services from the White River Valley Ambulance (up $,3872 from 2013), and $12,000 was approved for the Recreation Facility Improvement fund.
Townspeople also approved $19,435 in funding for a variety of human service agencies.
