    FAIR HAVEN — Police are looking for information about a crash in Fair Haven during which a truck allegedly hit a fence and fire hydrant about 10 p.m. Thursday and left the scene.

    Video of the crash was captured on a security camera at the school.

    According to Fair Haven Police, a truck traveling south on North Main Street crossed the northbound lane and left the road, hitting the fence and fire hydrant on the lawn of Fair Haven Grade School.

    Police said the truck should have significant front-end damage.

    At least two vehicles drove by at the time of the crash and slowed down as they passed.

    Police ask anyone with information about the crash to call 265-4531.
