An evening of illusion at the Paramount Theatre in Rutland will help raise funds for mental health treatment.

Spencers Theatre of Illusion, opening tonight at 8 p.m. today, is being co-sponsored by the theater and Rutland Mental Health Services as a fundraising event that will split proceeds from admissions.

Theatre of Illusion blends theatrical elements of a Broadway production with the energy of a rock concert, according to theater previews.

Tickets are available for the show and can be bought at the box office for $19.75 for students and $24.75 for adults.
