    Arts Walk held

    Friday evening

MIDDLEBURY — The fourth Middlebury Arts Walk is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.

The free event, in which exhibits and galleries open their doors, is held the second Friday of the month from May to October.

For the first time, the event will include live music at the Riverfront Park amphitheater. Local guitarist and teacher Dayve Huckett will join singer Lena Cannizzaro Goglia.

Three new venues featured this month are Dustin Datillo, a gallery and studio at 2 Frog Hollow Alley featuring realistic portrait and wildlife drawings, paintings, wood burnings and carvings; Boo + Roxy, a design studio at 58 Main St.; and Fiddle Hill Arts, a group of seven artists operating at Marble Works.

The night also includes two openings: painter Rory Jackson’s show “Growing Light” at the Edgewater Gallery and the pro wrestling photography exhibit “Hitting the Mat” at the Vermont Folklife Center.
