    RUTLAND — The Chaffee Art Center is presenting its 53rd annual “Art in the Park” Fine Art & Craft Festival Saturday and Sunday. Festivals are held in Main Street Park, at the Junction of Routes 4 and 7 in the heart of Rutland. An estimated attendance of 8,000 to 10,000 is expected. Art in the Park has been named one of the “Sunshine Artist 200 Best,” and voted Rutland Herald’s Best of the Best in the category of Best Arts Festival. Food, music, craft demonstrations and kids’ activities are also offered.
