No wonder our taxes are going through the roof. No wonder we do not have new families moving into Vermont. No wonder high school enrollment is down 20 percent since 1997. I just saw a statistic on WCAX that Vermontís average student-to-teacher ratio is 10/1. Our gutless legislators again failed in the last session to address this issue. Is there anyone else out there that can connect the dots? Reform education, lower taxes so people can afford to stay in Vermont. I will repeat myself from an earlier letter ó vote everyone of them out of office and ask for someone who will represent you.
