MONTPELIER — An anonymous tip resulted in three arrests for drugs and alcohol at an underage drinking party on Berlin Street early Sunday, just after midnight.
According to the police report, a parent called police after picking up her intoxicated son at a party at 75 Berlin St.
The parent told police that she recognized several party attendees and knew they were under the legal age to drink alcohol.
When police arrived, they arrested Matthew Delcore, 21, Kevin Kew, 21, and David Geddes-Lozeau, 19, on various charges.
Delcore was cited for allegedly violating conditions of release that he not consume alcohol. The conditions stem from three pending charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful trespass and resisting arrest. He was also cited on a charge of enabling consumption of alcohol by minors.
Kew and Geddes-Lozeau were also cited with enabling consumption of alcohol by minors. In addition, Geddes-Lozeau was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana. All three men were released.
