Learn a series of Qi Qong movements for personal daily practice. We will be tuning our bodies with basic gentle Qi Gong to increase balance, strength, and awareness. Postures in the Tai Chi Quan form will be introduced in Five Animal Frolic. 

Qi-Gong classes Monday, July 22 - August 26, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

The cost will be $ 15 per class 

or $75 for the total 6-week session.
